Spring Creek Nursing and Rehab offers in-house physical, occupational, & speech therapy seven days a week.
Rehab & Recovery Programs
Our intensive rehab programs help to restore your highest possible level of function with the goal of returning home quickly. Licensed nurses are on duty 24 hours a day. Some of our specialty programs include:

Physical Therapy
Physical therapy helps restore and maintain maximum movement and functional ability. Therapy can help im

Occupational Therapy
Occupational therapy is concerned with quality of life, and can help people adapt to life changes and improve their functional abilities. Occupational therapists can provide training and guidance on:

• One-handed dressing techniques, grooming, bathing, and home management skills.
• Rehab dining programs
• Orthotic/prosthetic training

Speech and Language Therapy
Speech therapists strives to restore and maintain all aspects of communication, including, listening, reading, writing, and language interpretation. They can also assist with chewing and swallowing abilities by using highly specialized plans and leading edge therapies, as well as equipment and treatment modalities including:
